Set on Fore Street overlooking the Fowey Estuary, The Galleon is said to be 400 years old and retains many by-gone features such as a beamed, timbered ceilings and a slate floor. It has seven en-suite rooms, all of which are doubles with two that overlook the river. They are air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen television, wi-fi, clock radios and tea/coffee making facilities. The bar sells a selection of real ales from local breweries and the restaurant, which overlooks the estuary, serves fresh food made from local produce.

The Old Ferry Inn is another old Fowey pub, set near the Boddinnick Ferry. There are 12 rooms that are equipped with colour TV, telephone and tea/coffee making equipment, although some rooms are not en-suite. The dining room serves an a la carte menu and there's a spacious lounge that faces the river and sea. Prices range from £70 to £120 and pets are welcome for a small charge. Dating back to 1570, The Ship was originally an Elizabethan townhouse and retains many of its original features such as oak beams and panelling. Located on Lostwithiel Street, it serves fresh food and has six bedrooms; 4 doubles, 1 double en-suite and 1 twin. All rooms are equipped with television and coffee/tea makers and there are two shared bathrooms with toilet, shower and bath. Prices vary according to season and range from £20.00 to £35.00 per night and includes B&B.

The King of Prussia dates back to the 17th century and is one of the more popular Fowey pubs. It is situated on the Town Quay in the centre of Fowey and has six rooms; 5 doubles, 1 family room - all have en-suite facilities and afford fine views out over the River Fowey. Like many of the other pubs in Fowey, the King of Prussia is owned by the independant St. Austell brewery. Old granite pillars belonging to an old market can be seen underneath the main construction - its one of the oldest public houses in the town.

The Safe Harbour Hotel lies at the top of Lostwithiel street. Built in the 1800s it was originally called the Commercial Hotel. Some of its original features remain and can be seen in its lounge and public bars. There are five double rooms and two singles, all with en-suite facilities - three have river views.
